Note that having a few guidelines will help me tremendously to create a unique signature for you. Of course - if you say "you're the Pro, create something" I can come up with something I personally like, but there's no guarantee that it will be what you're looking for.
Templars of Space had a clear vision, so did White Noise and I think those are the best sigs/banners I did so far...

The price for a forum signature is 75 million ISK.

Corporation banners or announcement pictures are 150 million ISK.

Killboard banners are 150-200 million ISK.

Alliance logos 300 million.

EVERY REVISION AFTER THE 4th IS 10m ISK EXTRA! Please keep that in mind...
